Solved: Attach image to forums

Why can I not attach an image? I click "Insert/Edit Image" and I recieve a box with "Source, Image Description and Dimensions". There is no where that I can browse my computer for an image to attach.

It is working for some reason now. The options "Photo" and "Video" were not there previously. Still confused by this????
