Arranging Values order in Columns (Matrix visual)

Hi Everyone,

How do I get the following view in PowerBI similar to what I have in Excel?

As you can see in Excel, I can aggregate the actuals together and then the fulfilled %.

In PowerBI I'm not sure how to do that.

PS the result of aligning 3 matrix tables side by side works but is very impractical.

Please your help,

Thanks,

Eyal

@Anonymous , if you want to measure on top, you need calculation group

Calculation Groups- Measure Slicer, Measure Header Grouping, Measure to dimension conversion. Complex Table display: https://youtu.be/qMNv67P8Go0

Finally managed this. Is there a way to conditional format each parameter?

@amitchandak thank you but it's not working for some reason. as you can see it's giving me the result for the year not the quarter.... also can shift from bottom to top as I needed.
