Aria Label is not defined for "Learn More" link present on the Export data popup, Please see in attached snap.

Repro Steps

1. Click on  More Options in any report

2. Click on Export data

3. See the issue in below snap

 

Our Expectation--Aria label should defined for Learn More link

Here code changes are required, I mean you need to add aria lable in Learn more link control so that screen reader can read it.
