ArcGis - paintbrush gone. Cannot edit / Change maps setting

Hi,

 

It was working before, but now my paintbrush is gone in the ArcGis Map visual. See screenshots.

 Anyone any ideas.

Hi @Wouter

 

Click the three dots  ... in the very top right hand corner just above your blue square and you shoule have an option to Edit map
