ArcGIS Visual - Terms of Use

Hello,

I am trying to use the ArcGIS Map Visual.  It starts out fine, but after 3 or 4 steps I keep getting the dialogue box below.

In the Security Options, I have checked the box.  I have shut down and restarted numerous times, but still keep getting this message.  Clicking on the Learn More just brings me to the Microsoft document explaining how this visual works.  Anybody have any advice on what I am missing or not doing?

By clicking on the ArcGiS icon you should pop up with the following term of use notification. You then click OK to sign in to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise to use this visual.

Thank you for the reply, but I guess I didn't explain myself well enough.  I do get this "Welcome" dialogue and I start to create my map.  Then after several steps, I get the box shown in my original message.  I then have to close my file and re-start in order to get the sign in box again.  Don't know why this is happening?
