I use the ArcGIS Maps visual to show postal code boundaries on the map.
Every postal code has an assigned employee in the source data.
I use the employee in the color bucket.
If I show the legend all employees are shown correctly.
But also a "No value" one that is not in my dataset.
If a new employee is added to the dataset this is correctly shown in the legend after a refresh.
If an existing employee is removed from the dataset, after a refresh the name of the employee is still shown in the legend.
This way the legend keeps on growing but doesn't shrink.
If I delete the entire visual and rebuild it, the removed employees are no longer shown.
I tried the various clean cache options that you can find in the settings to no avail.
Help?
Any ideas?
@Anonymous , is there 0 value coming for the employee not there. or employee table does not have it and still shows?
if it showing 0, then you change measure
if([measure] =0, blank(), [measure])
Hi @amitchandak
Please explain 0?
Employee is a text field and there are no blank values.
Employee is not part of a relationship that can cause blanks because of an "outer join".
