I have tried to dig around but cannot find an answer to my question.

How are the drivetimes calculated in ArcGIS maps, are they based on peak/off peak?

HI @Anonymous,

AFAIK, arcgis map visual is an embed lite version of esri map, so I think you question more related to esri map.

For your scenario, I'd like to suggest you to contact to that team for further support.
