Apportionment of area

Hello,

I need your help to make an apportionment of the area, as an example of the table.

When a OPERATION is performed by more than one ID_RESOURCE, I need the apportionment, when the OPERATION is performed by only 1 ID_RESOURCE consider AREA_HECTARES total.
