Apply report-wide filter via button

Hello,

is there any way to create some kind of button, that lets the reader apply predefined, report-wide filters?

I would like to have different buttons on my report, that if clicked/toggled apply the following filters onto all visuals:

-relative date-filtering: show all elements "on this day"

-relative date-filtering: show all elements "in this week"

-relative date-filtering: show all elements "in this month"

I know i can allow report-wide filtering for readers, but then they always have to set the filtering parameters themselves -> a button would be way more userfriendly/ faster.

As far as i can see this is not possible via slicers/ chiclet slicers, or is it?!

Greetings

hi,@MilSIK

     After my research, You may try to use Bookmarks (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-bookmarks).

Duplicate report page to and use slicer to filter "on this day" "in this week" "in this month"  respectively.

then add the bookmark button and set them respectively.

Neat! Thanks to both of you.

@MilSIK,

You can save persistent filters in either Power BI desktop or Power BI service, so users only need to set the slicers once, and it will save for future logins.
