Apply drillthrough filters across multiple pages/entire report

Is there a way we can apply/sync the drillthrough filters across all the pages in the report?

Drillthrough filters are able to be passed to the target drillthrough page but seems unable to be passed to other pages. 

To sync the filters across all pages in a report, you may consider report-level filters (Filters on all pages in Filters pane). https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/power-bi-reports-filters-and-highlighting#i...

@amaddala , Use case is not clear. You can make your slicers in sync with drill through page
