Applied bars - percentage

New to POWER_BI.

I'm doing a graph of stacked boards to get vehicle types/percentage. the data I have is

Table1 [POLIZA]

Table 1 [Vehicle Type]

I'm trying to do a measure by nesting Average and count functions to get the percentage out but I don't find out with it Can you help me?

measure = calculate(count('table'[poliza]),allexcept('table','table'[type]))/CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'),ALL('Table'))
