Append new data into Achieve Table from Master Table

Hi Expert

Is it possible to append new data into Archieve Table from the Main FACT Table each day or when new data is added to teh FACT Table. 

Can this be done using Parameters?

Dose this solution work for two tables as outlined above. 

MASTER FACT  ----------> Archieve Tables

New Data  update Archieve and so on??
