Any way to get rid of the ask a question bar atop dashboards?

I'm using a push dataset to build out a report which means it only updates real-time when pinned to a dashboard. I don't mind using dashboards but I'd like to get rid of the ask a question bar at the top. Is this possible?

No that still lets you click the ask a question field but once you hit enter it says Q&A is disabled. It doesn't actually remove the tile/field.

EDIT: New accepted solution worked, thanks
