Any idea why when I filter years show on the axis that are not even part of the visual data?

Hi All

I have a weird one.  I'm sure this is desktop related, but I shot a quick screencast from the BI Service dashbaord, so you can see what happens when I select filters.

In the screencast - I am focusing on the upper right chart - CONSOLIDATED REVENUE BY YEAR (but the filters will affect all these visuals)...watch when I elect Revenue Type as Actual and Year as 2017...the years on the axis of this chart show 2000 and 2500.  Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hi further info on this...it only appears to happen based on selection of the year.  If I select January and February...numbers look spot on, but when I select any year the axis whacks out.
