Hi all,
I would like to calculate the following figure in a accumulative monthly amount.
For example, how do I compute the value of the Cumulative figure (highlighted in red) for "Maint Plans Created" & "Maint Plans Scheduled" for each month starting from Feb based on the excel formulat in column G. Thanks.
Regards,
Tuff
Hi @Anonymous
I believe the source data is coming from Excel. You need to format the table into tabular mode in Edit Query, In power query create a date table ( there's many post on how to create date table in PBI) and then create a quick measure on the table and select running total , base value will be your maint plans created, field value will be your date. it will calculate the cummulative value.
Thanks
Hi LW,
Yes the data source is from excel file but the screenshot figure you seen like (Maint Plans Created, Maint Plans scheduled) are a DAX calculation and they both are not in dataset.
Please refer to my following two yellow boxes explanation. Hope you or anyone can provide a clue
Thanks.
