Another "Overtime" question

Forced to ask for help from the community, because I can not solve the problem.
I have such a data model (my test.pbix is here😞

Here worklog(2) is a table in which all activities are logged, such as vacation (time_spent_vacation) and all other work time (time_spent).

I need to show a table where the employee will be displayed, each calendar day of the month, which activities were performed (time_spent_vacation / time_spent), if any.

Also, it is necessary to consider the planned working hours on those days of the calendar month that are not weekends and not holidays (this is a Capacity measure).
The question is, how do I calculate the NotReported measure?

In my opinion, this is the sum of all the "positive" values in case [Capacity] - [time_spent] in the table below and it should be in the "total" value 123, not 3:
