Anexar tablas

Buenas tardes:

 

Estoy preparando un informe que extrae datos de tablas con más de 600.000 filas cada una y son varias (4 o 5 tablas de 80 - 90 megas cada una)

 

¿Es mejor conectar power BI a las 5 tablas o aconsejais anexar las 5 en una tabla y hacer el informe sobre la tabla anexada?

 

Muchas gracias por vuestra ayuda o sugerencia.

Hi @CAJMM1 ,

 

If the five tables have similar data construction, we suggest to  combine them into one table so that it will be more easy to calculate result in report. But if they  different data table, it will be better to import them separately and create relationship between each other。

Five tables have the same estructure, so I will follow your suggest, I will combine them.

Hi @CAJMM1 ,

 

We can use the "append as new query" in the Power Query Editor, or just write a query using Table.Combine function as following:

 

let
  Source1 = ..... ,
  Source2 = ..... ,
  Source3 = ..... ,
  Source4 = ..... ,
  Source5 = ..... ,
  NewTable = Table.Combine({Source1,Source2,Source3,Source4,Source5})
in
  New Table
