Anchor Date for full report?

An appropriate message for New Year's Day--is there a way to set an anchor date for the entire report so that all results are evaluated, e.g., through 12/31/2018?

For your scenariom, I think you could try with the Synchronize slicers across report pages. You could create a date slicer for one page and set
