I am new so forgive me if this solution is obvious.
I am testing with a table that had 6 rows, and calculations were working fine. I added a 7th row and refreshed the data, and now receive this error :
An argument of function 'DATE' has the wrong data type or the result is too large or too small.
New data is set to the same date format.
My calculation :
1st Break Clause Date = (DATE(Year(Contracts[Termination Date])-(Contracts[Initial Term (Years)]-Contracts[1st Opt-out (Years)]),Month(Contracts[Termination Date]),Day(Contracts[Termination Date])-Contracts[Contract Change Notification (Days)]))

Hi @megs2113
There are 2 possible errors in new row:
1. Contracts[Contract Change Notification (Days)] >= Day(Contracts[Termination Date])
It is impossible to return date with 0 or less then 0 value in <day> parameter
2. Somethink like previous but for Year calculation
do not hesitate to give a kudo to useful posts and mark solutions as solution
