for a perticular date column i wanted to change format of mmddyyyy, but i dont have that option in my powerbi desktop.

@Jyothi_Suragani You can create a new calculated column using FORMAT function.
New Date Column = FORMAT(TableName[DateColumn],"mmddyyyy")
