Alway need to sign in forum when using iPad Pro

Hi All

When I received an email noticefy me about forum reply my question. 
'if I using iphone by click the link , it directly open safari and auto sign in to forum and I can click like and reply as solution.

'if I using iPad Pro by click the link , it directly open safari and will not auto sign in to forum and I can click like and reply as solution.

may I know any way I can set ?

i have already add URL and ID & PW at key chain but still cannot solve the issue.

@Paulyeo11 , I think open safari first, and sign in save password there. After that try to click from email and check
