Alias table creates duplicate columns

I have a Dataset with the following relation.

TableA- TableB-TableC-TableA1

I am noticing that certain columns in TABLEA & TABLEA1 have been duplicated.

Is this by design & if so why only certain columns have been duplicted?

Should I delete these columns from the Model?

TableA & TableA1 are the same table. The table has around 50 columns.

By requirement we had to alias this. The Dataset has a select * from TableA where TABLEA.COLUMN5 ='xyz' as the query. 

Do not understand why certain columns have been duplicated all of a sudden. These duplicates were not present when we deployed the model.

One difference I noticed is that CREATEDBY column in the Table populated new user values over the last run instead of our standard SSIS user.

DUPLICATE COLUMN- Same column appears twice in a table as COLUMNNAME & COLUMNNAME1

After looking at closely I see that TABLEA.COLUMN3 has a similar name to TABLEB.COLUMN4 and TABLEA now shows both COLUMN3 & COLUMN4 as COLUMNNAME & COLUMNNAME2.

Never mind qualifying tables and column names correctly in the queries resolved this. SQL Server does not interpret the queries the same way.
