Alert(s) for multiple items without having to create a tile for each

Hi,

I have a table that has a list of things, and a value next to those things. The values change each day.

I would like to set an alert if the value for any of the things rises above a certain amount (its a % rate), without having to create an individual tile for each one. Is it possible to have power BI tell me "these 5 things crossed a threshold yesterday"?

I just want to know if any of the items are above 500%, but i cannot figure out how to create an alert from anything other than a tile. In the example below, I would get 3 alerts (or 1 alert with the 3 items)

Maybe create a measure like COUNTX(FILTER('some table or such',[Daily Percent Change] > 5),[Column])

Put that into a tile, alert on that.
