I have a table which looks like the below
Case ID Description
123 Cough
123 Irritable Bowels
123 Exploding Leg
Instead I am wanting to have it
Case ID Description
123 Cough, Irritable Bowels, Exploding Leg
What would be the best way to achieve this?

DescriptionConcat = CONCATENATEX(VALUES(AggTest[Description]), AggTest[Description], ", ")
Now use the CaseID and measure that was created in above step in the table visual... then output will be
