The minimum requirements need to be fulfilled for your computer when run Power BI Desktop. Please check if all of them are OK in your side.

And there are 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Power BI Desktop installation packages, please choose the proper one to install it.

If the above ones are OK, could you please provide the following info for the further troubleshooting?

1. Which version of Power BI Desktop did you install it? Try to install the latest version and run as administrator after completing the download and installation...

2. Did you ever run Power BI Desktop well before?
