After I published, my graps have scrollers

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my dash, that when I look at it on power bi via windows all the values and graphs display perfect, but when I look at the published version online it creates a scroller on the graphs, even though it fits the page. What could be the cause?

Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I get the message. Please see blow.

Desktop is using Chromium as a web browser to render Power BI reports, which is (almost) the same engine used in Chrome.

However, IE and Edge use a totally different rendering engine.

Power BI doesn't guarantee any pixel parity between browsers.

To avoid scrollbars, Cx should be advised to resize their visuals to accomodate for the contents on the browser that takes the most space in rendering, and ending up with empty spaces elsewhere.

For your requirement, please try to change the browser to Chrome or resize your visuals.

Best Regards,

Xue Ding

Hi @Anonymous ,

I reproduce the issue with a vertical scroll bar in Edge and IE 11. It works fine in Google Chrome. You could view reports by it. If the result that I tested is not same as yours, please share a pbix to me.

I have submitted the bug internally. If there is any new message, I will post here.

Best Regards,

Xue Ding
