Advanced editor - error and error on summarized table

Hi,

We have a report with imported view and one of columns on view has chnaged name - it imports o.k but notice that one of the tables we have created with summarize now has an error and due to this table - column concerned not changed which used in this but when look in advanced editor.  How can we correctly resolve when column on imopretd table has chnaged its name - afecting other visuals as well and didn;t want to have to remove table altogether and redod joins etc.

Even when go to navigation and look at tables/views available it looks lkike it is seeing cached version and not realising name has changed - how can we force clear cache or something similar?

It looks like explcitly gpoing to refresh preview then applying changes will clear the error but not sure if other/better ways tahn havcing to go into advanced editor to do this?

Hi @po ,

Normally, we will fix this kind of error with the method you mentioned above.

In addition, we also could modify the M query in Advanced Editor directly but I think the easiest way is clicking refresh preview then applying changes if you're not familiar with M query.

If you want to modify the M query in Advanced Editor, please check if the column name is changed in the step of "Changed type".

Best  Regards,

Cherry
