Adobe Analytics connector: If I try to pull 3 months of data the

When I build a report using the adobe analtyics connector on powerbi desktop and choose a date range longer than 2 months I get no data back. Is there a limitation on how much data you can retrieve?

If you're getting an empty result set in Power BI, the Adobe Analytics API call is probably timing out.  Power BI doesn't return an error, just an empty result set in this case--which I have an open support ticket with Microsoft about.

Reduce the date range, dimension/measures, or granularity and see if that helps.  I have code I can share to chuck out the date range into weeks/day and then query those subsets before combining them together in the Query Editor--this is how I deal with the bugs in the Adobe Analytics connector.

Hi Jeff, could you share that code? I'd love how to know how to break down larger date ranges to query a subset of the range, or breaking it down to smaller, queryable date ranges.

thanks. Reducing the date range helped. However, I am only able to go back 90 days.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on my research, you may refer to below link that may have the same issue with you:
