Adhoc reporting in Power BI

Yes it does.

(Although you might need to give some more detail of what you're attempting to acheive to find out if it can do the adhoc reporting you want).

Is there any object level security can be implemented in Power BI desktop?

Let's say for example, I have created "Sales" dataset for the users to do adhoc reporting using this Dataset,where it has contain calculated measures and colums (eg: Profit Ratio = VW_Order[Sales]/VW_Order[Profit]). 

If in case user tries to play around on the measures/columns created in the dataset then It will show error to fix the issue. Inorder to avoid this kind of user modifications do we have any object level security in Power BI desktop so that users can able to access the dimension and metrics provided in the dataset without any modifications in the existing columns/measure.
