Additional Overall Column to bar graph

Hi, 

 

I would like to achieve the below, currently i have the bar graph with an average, grouped by TimeOnScholarship.

How do i acheive the column, Overall Results within the same graph. Which is basically the average, but isn't being grouped by TimeOnScholarship.
