Hi all,
I've set up an MS Forms that records responses from users in the below format:
ID | DateTime | Value1 | Value2 | |
1 | 10/10-2020 15:37:14 | person1@contoso.com | Yes | No |
2 | 10/11-2020 12:08:52 | person2@contoso.com | Yes | Yes |
3 | 10/12-2020 11:45:43 | person1@contoso.com | No | N/A |
4 | 10/13-2020 18:26:35 | person3@contoso.com | Maybe | No |
I would like to transform this to look like the following output, updated whenever a new input is recorded in the MS Forms: (basically adds the latest row in a pivoted form to another table)
ID | 1 |
DateTime | 10/10-2020 15:37:14 |
person1@contoso.com | |
Value1 | Yes |
Value2 | No |
ID | 2 |
DateTime | 10/11-2020 12:08:52 |
person2@contoso.com | |
Value1 | Yes |
Value2 | Yes |
ID | 3 |
DateTime | 10/12-2020 11:45:43 |
person1@contoso.com | |
Value1 | No |
Value2 | N/A |
ID | 4 |
DateTime | 10/13-2020 18:26:35 |
person3@contoso.com | |
Value1 | Maybe |
Value2 | No |
What is the best way to accomplish this?
Thanks in advance!

@Anonymous , I think you have to unpivot all the columns.

Hi @amitchandak,
Thanks for the quick feedback!
I've dabbled with unpivotting the dataset before without getting the wanted outcome, but this seemed to do the trick1
Thanks!
