Adding synonyms to a ssas 2016 tabular model

Have MS PBI community find a solution to add synonyms to a ssas 2016 tabular model? If not is there any other work around to accomplish the requirement.

If solution found, Requesting to provide links or detailed explanation giving an approach to satisfy the need.

Requirement:
To add synonyms to live tabular data model which in turn can be used in Q&A(shouldn't be an import model).
