Adding blank rows in matrix table

Hello!

I would like to know how do I add or display blank rows in a matrix table? I have a cash flow report and the original excel template looks like this:

It's a sample template I made from the original template (I removed the sensitive information) and the values there are just samples. I would like to create a matrix table with blank rows but I don't know how and I don't find any useful workaround. Show items with no data is not applicable here. The blank rows will serve as a divider between the categories.

I know this is asked several times and based on the answers I found, this is not possible. But as I was searching for PowerBI sample templates on the net, I saw these:

So I'm thinking that maybe, this is really possible. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

@crln-blue , I think it might be done using conditional formatting(both background and text in the same color.

Or  UNICHAR(10) added before or after the name as per need (first screen shot seem like that)

Hello @amitchandak, thanks for the suggestion. I tried your method but it's not applicable to my case because if I use conditional formatting, all of the text of the whole column will be in the same color. I'm still looking for a workaround. Still, thanks.
