Adding Rows to Table Visualization

I've created a table visualization by linking and bringing together half a dozen tables, and everything works perfectly. However: I need to add around ten 'dummy' rows to this virtual table to append budget goals.

The most straightforward way to do this (that I can think of) would be to start over and merge tables to look like this visualization, then append the rows I need, but that will take quite a while. Is there a way to add rows directly to the visualization so I can avoid the above?

@GebauerAnalytic I don't think you can add any dummy data to the visualization. (That actually makes sense, because Viz.s are to show the data what's behind but not like forms to fill in the data)
