Adding Grand total Column to Matrix

I'm trying to create a Report which includes Grand total column as below:

I'm afraid the grand total text can not be modified currently. As a workaround, you can try custom matrix visuals like below:

Hi Jimmy,

I've been trying Matrix in Power BI. What am I trying to do in your example is adding a Total area of all Categories on the Top (or on the Bottom) of the Matrix, which also includes the detail of Subcategory under that, as below

Audio

- BT headphones

- MP4&MP3

...

Camera & Camcoder

- Camcoder

- Camera

....

Total Category

- BT headphones

- MP4&MP3

- Camcoder

- Camera

Hi @duycao , Add Sub total Male & Sub total Female columns in card visual if it present in your model and resize as you need and add text box on top of your matrix visual.
