Add new records depending on a date

I hope you are well, I have a query, is it possible to add data to my table if you don't have a date?

In this image, as you will notice, I have added the rows that have the value "ADDED" which were not in the original table (I attach a model file).

In my data, the records that are not found can be identified with the missing dates, in addition those that are added have to meet certain characteristics:

1. If a record is added, it must be validated how many different data it has in the NLGORT field in the entire month of the evaluated date
2. The values ​​that must go in the STOKVAL and STOKALM fields must be those of the next existing date, for example, suppose I have information for the 02/02/20 date but I have no information for 02/01/20, so the values ​​of the date of 02/02/20 must be taken
3. The ENTALM, SALAM and STOKFINAL fields must be 0
4. The other fields must have the same information, repeat
