Add new column by using another table's reference column

I have two table like below:

A: Reference Table which gives 96% threshold against each type of container.

Container TypeTarget Figure (96%)
MX-110019
MW-290818
AD-118319.6

B: Transaction table which shows total weight filled in each container

Transaction IdType            Weight
1MX-110018.3
2MW-290817.4
3AD-118317.9
4MX-110016.5

I would like table B to get a new column as target against the Types, so I can subtract the Weight with Target and see which transaction is below the threshold.

Add a column to the transaction table as

Target Figure = RELATED('Reference Table'[Target Figure (96%)])
