Add in information about grouping to Date DIM table

Hi everyone,

Apologies if this is a simple fix. I would like to apply information about what "sprint" the dates are to my DIM table (a column that just has the sprint each date is in).

My date DIM table has the following information:

And my date Sprint info table has the following information about dates:

I tried doing a lookup on the start date, but realized that won't work for the last day of the sprint. 

I would ideally like the Date Table to have the following columns

Date | Sprint | Year | ....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
