Hello,
I'm working on a data model using data from MS planner. The extract of the data contains 4 rows at the top with some data about the extract, then row 5 contains the headers, then the rest has the data. It's easy enough to remove the top 4 rows then promote the column headers. But, my problem is I need one piece of data that is in the top 4 rows, in this instance it's the Plan ID. I've pasted in an example dataset below - the item I need is in red, and the blue ones are the column headers:
Plan name | Spring 2021 | |||
Plan ID | cf0uNgqczU6fOY-xhhv0vJYAD5tj
Date of export | 20/01/2021
Task ID | Task Name | Bucket Name | Progress | Priority |
tiBxb2zhK0SoMc9GHf7bLZYAM6XC | Agree checklist of activities needed for each site | Tidy up sharepoint | Not started | Medium |
yLo7stxZyEeTYbeWkaTx3JYAGjYt | Get list of sites no longer needed | Tidy up sharepoint | Not started | Medium |
gT7iQmHL3UWbRwpbwq33R5YAPc63 | Set up meetings going forward | Cross-department MI producers group | Not started | Medium |
bSdeELP6oE2D67hiDnoWEZYAJ0c6 | Get an overview of expected timelines for production | Annual report and accounts | Not started | Medium |
What I hope to do is add a column for all records that contains the plan ID, and then remove those top 4 rows. So the output would look something like this:
Plan ID | Task ID | Task Name | Bucket Name | Progress | Priority |
cf0uNgqczU6fOY-xhhv0vJYAD5tj | tiBxb2zhK0SoMc9GHf7bLZYAM6XC | Agree checklist of activities needed for each site | Tidy up sharepoint | Not started | Medium |
cf0uNgqczU6fOY-xhhv0vJYAD5tj | yLo7stxZyEeTYbeWkaTx3JYAGjYt | Get list of sites no longer needed | Tidy up sharepoint | Not started | Medium |
cf0uNgqczU6fOY-xhhv0vJYAD5tj | gT7iQmHL3UWbRwpbwq33R5YAPc63 | Set up meetings going forward | Cross-department MI producers group | Not started | Medium |
cf0uNgqczU6fOY-xhhv0vJYAD5tj | bSdeELP6oE2D67hiDnoWEZYAJ0c6 | Get an overview of expected timelines for production | Annual report and accounts | Not started | Medium |
I plan to merge data from multiple plans together, so need something against each one to know what plan it relates to.
If anyone can help me with how I could do this I'd be really grateful.
Many thanks
