Add color in x axis

Please can you help me adding color in an specific x axis

For example: add a red color when the percentage=100

You may want to make 100% in X axis show in red and other values show in normal.

Your demand is a good idea, while it is not supported to implement in Power BI currently.
You can submit a new idea to improve the Power BI: Idea
It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

And you may build a card visual to show 100% in red and group card visual and this visual.
