Add YTD & other columns to the end of a matrix

Hi,

 

I have a matrix like below.

 

It has fiscal years and a drill-down for months (see image below).

 

I'd like to add in YTD (and other measures) as a column after the end of the total for some analysis.

Is that possible?

Sorry believe that you're answer is along the right lines, it's essentially you have your column data as a timeframe and then you want columns which are calculated values such as year on year change, but don't believe there's any easy way to do that.
