Adapting English file to French

I have an existing Power BI file in English. I now need to convert that file to French. I have the trnaslations for everything "text," but how do I switch the numbering conventions to those of French?

In French, decimal points are replace by commas, and the 000s separator—that in English is a comma—becomes a space. Any % or $ come after the number with a space between.

Is it even possbile to adapt a file to do this, especially with how Power BI is very specific in it's assignment of data types?
