Measure = CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table5[ID_PORFOLIO ] ), FILTER ( ALL ( Table5[FECHA INICIO INFORME] ), Table5[FECHA INICIO NFORME] <= MAX ( Table5[FECHA INICIO INFORME] ) ) )
