Actual Physical unit calculation based on Percent complete and Percent complete type error

Firstly I have a column  %complete its type is Decimal number and If i try to change its column type from "Decimal number" to "Percentage", it is converting the 100 to  1000%

100 get converted to 1000%

And second part of question is, How how do i calculate Actual quantity based on %complete
 So  ,
Actual Qty = PhysicalQuantity * 100%
 So when 100% Actual unit =   7027 * 100% = 7027
say if the %complete is 30% then it should multiply by, 7027*30% = 2108

@Anonymous ,
Go to Add Column tab, Select math button choose Percentage. Choose 1 %. Then go to type and change to percentage. Then multiply against column 1. The last picture shows the two intermediate columns removed. You don't have to do this step, but you can see that it worked.
Let me know if you have any questions.

If this solves your issues, please mark it as the solution, so that others can find it easily. Kudos are nice too.
