Accessing G-Suite user information via Power BI

Greetings!

I've created a PowerBI report that lets our managers monitor our O365 license usage, pricing, etc. A daily snapshot is exported via PowerShell out of Azure and my report accesses that information. Now my managers would also like to see our usage (# licenses, total cost, actual users & departments) for G-Suite, Asana and DropBox integrated with this report.

Has anyone been able to access either of these three 3rd party services via Power BI?

Thanks!

Joshua

What we ended up doing was having our Flow designer develop a workflow to bring the data into a SharePoint folder so I can access the daily refresed data that way...thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

Direct connection to G-Suite, Asana, and DropBox via power bi desktop is not yet supported. You may consider the 3rd party middleware like Skyvia/Stitch, there is also a video about how to import Dropbox files via rest API, you can refer to:

How to import multiple files from a Dropbox folder

This has now been a few years. Is this possible yet? I want to import a list of devices we have managed in GSuite, into a PowerBI report.

Thank you for the note! At this point, all we're seeking is which of our users have accounts, possibly last time they logged in...basic information. We'd hoped since they're all using SSO, that there might be something in Azure that has that information, but doesn't appear so.
