Access to 1 sharepoint file contraining more than 1000 files

Hi !

I'm trying to process a file in PBI Desktop from my Sharepoint.

I click on "Obtain new data" then I choose "Sharepoint folder", I write the link and connect with my Microsoft account and then I click on "Modify".

However I've more than 1000 files in my Sharepoint and I can only see 1000 rows in Power Query and I need to be in Power Query to Drill down from the name of the file to the Excel file itself.

(EDIT : BTW the file I want isn't in those 1000 first rows)

Have you got a solution, like enabling more than 1000 rows in Power Query ?

Thanks in advance for your help guys !

Hi Charlespoeri,

Did you mean that when you click Edit Queries, it will show only 1000 rows? You could check this like below image to see whether it is only 1000

And you also could check which type of records didn't load in model. You also could use newest version of desktop to see whether it work or not.

Best Regards,
Zoe Zhi

Hi dax and thanks for your help.

Here is what I've on my Power Query bottom page :

suppr.png

It is written in French but it says 8 columns, 999+ rows and when I want to filter on the file I want to use it is written "Limit of 1000 values reached".

Hope it was clear enough !

Thanks in advance for your help.
