I use power bi desktop and create a pbix file having 6 pages. Now i want to give access on those pages say if user A login into system he can see only page 1/2/3 and if user B login he can see only page 5 and so on. Is there any way to give access right on the pages based on the user login into power bi .
Thanks
Prashant
Hi @prashant_ora,
I'm afraid you can't do it directly. Maybe there is a workaround.
1. Hide page 4, 5, 6 and save as report 1. Hide page 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and save as report 2.
2. Pin report 1 to Dashboard 1 and share it to the proper users. Then the users will have the access to page 4, 5, 6.
3. Do it again for report 2.
One note: don't give the users edit privilege.
Best Regards,
Dale
