Able to access SharePoint survey data but data comes out in a weird format with lists as responses

I am having trouble understanding why my connection of sharepoint is giving me weird data. I have already connected the data in Power BI correctly but I get weird data like below. Wanted to know why I can't access the responses and just get lists

In fact, there are many data in List, you can expand List in Edit Queries like this:

Then you can see the data instead of List:
