ARCGIS map / "no value" color

I made a map that color the counties of my country on a color based on the salesman that manage the county

The map works fine but at the end, ArcGis always add a line for "no value" (despite all county being attached to a salesman) :

Is there any way to remove it ?

I read the article but I'm not sure I understand. But if I understand correctly, I don't think that's the same problem

The base behind my map is an excel file of the french counties. Each and every county is in the list and there is a salesman for each of them. No "no value" or "null" cell anywhere.

I've tested with it, and find "No value" can't be removed even though there's no null cell in your data.

its existence will not have any impact, but if you want to remove it, I suggest you create an idea for it in
https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas to improve the power bi.
