API Call from R Visual

We have a requirement to detokenize input values by calling API from R Script. When executed R Script in R Studio it works fine when input is passed as English and Thai language Characters.
While calling from Power BI R Visual this R Script works fine when English Characters is passed as input but when Special or Thai language Characters is passed R Script throws error.

we encounter following R script error when special characters or Thai language characters are passed :

Error: Unexpected symbol in
Execution halted.

Please provide suggestions to resolve this issue when thai characters is passed as parameter to API from power bi r visual.

Thanks
Vivek

Hi @Anonymous ,

You could check if encoding in the Power BI is the same as R studio( like "UTF-8" ) or you could try set encoding to be "TIS-620".
